A few shots from yesterday's 6 hour race at Durhamtown Plantation race. I pulled off the line frist and then the "Z" died due to not being warmed up enough. I was the last one in the woods and came out 7 miles later in fifth. Through out the day we got up to 2nd in our class but ended up finishing 3rd. The guys that won 1st were a father son team that had KTM 450 SX's. Since this was their first 6 hour they were not sure what class to enter. IMO these guys could have won the pro class. They were extremely fast. The guys that took second passed us on the last lap. We had a 10 minute lead on them at the half way point. On the third to the last lap a pro team had past my team mate but I thought they were in our class. Needless to say "I blew my load" trying to catch him and had nothing left for the last 2 laps and that let the team that was in our class pass me in the woods to put us in third.

Congrats, Sounds like you guys had alot of fun. What dates are the next run? Any residence inn's or mariott hotels around Dtown
 ? If You can get the dates I can schedule some days off at work. I am very interested. Keep us posted.

Dude this is backwoods Georgia where the men are men so are the women and sheep are scared. They do have some decent cabins that can be rented. They also have nice camp sites. Oh ok, Just as long it isn't some "wrong turn 2" type of chit.
 ...So sorta like Hatfields / McCoys. I gotcha, My friend just bought an RV that sleeps 6. So I will email him that website. Thanks.
