I was just wondering how long you guys have waited for your a-arms to come?
Ordered mine beginning of feb. and still waiting.
I called and he said they would be here by tues. of this week but no show.
Im guessing he got alot of orders with the feb . special.
Just curious and anxious to get them I,m only in new jersey not that far from penn.
Hopefully soon I,ll have them,

I ordered mine on 2/24 & they called me back on 3/1 & asked me if I would take a set of the Nickel Plated instead of the Silver Vein Powdercoated & I said yes, so he shipped them out that same day & they arrived here (N.E. Ohio) on 3/3 :) Also, I ordered an LSR axle on the same day I ordered the A-arms & it arrived on 3/1, so I can`t complain. I know there are 2-3 of you guys that seem to be having trouble recieving your A-arms though & I feel your pain! I wouldn`t be a happy camper if I was in that boat either. I hope that they get you guys all taken care of A.S.A.P. :)

He asked me the same thing when I ordered mine and I declined. Guess I should have taken them as I'm still waiting. :re I was told they were shipping this week (wed). I'm calling them today to see if they really shipped.

i ordered mine during the first week of february. i just got them last night. mine are powdercoated red though, so that took a little extra time. he shipped them next day air. definitely worth the wait though. they are gonna be nice.

I ordered mine around thanksgiving and i still dont have em. They are the premium a-arms though. If i dont get them next week im gonna finally cancel. I dont know why i have been waiting this long.

I called yesterday and he said mine shipped Wed, Now I'm in Ohio, it doesn't takie that long unless they were shipped carrier pigeon. He also said he'd email me the tracking number when he got back to the shop......still waiting on it......must be a long walk to the shop :angry

i've been waiting 3 weeks for my arms, said they would go out this friday. also i order a swingarm, the same time and that still isn't done. racing starts in april, man i hope i have it together by then!!

Fuxton, I can't believe you've been waiting since Nov. That is insane!!! I would have cancelled my order by now :) That is just inexcusable IMO.

Well,I'm not waiting on A-arms,I'm waiting on shocks. The last person I talked too told me UPS had an "invalid" tracking number,and he was researching it. I tried to call them yesterday,and the phone just rang and rang. Called about an hour later,and it was busy. Called 5 minutes later and just rang again :angry . Do you think they have caller ID and avoid talking to customers who are waiting on parts?? Racing started TODAY,and I have no shocks that shouldve been here LAST Friday!

I dont know what i was thinking. Ive had my shocks now for like a month and i got my swingarm like 2 weeks ago. Well he said they are DEFINATLY shipping on monday. We'll see though. BTW they are really nice guys but lie quite a bit.

I agree, very nice on the phone, answered all my questions, and was very helpful. But it seems that is where the customer service breaks down. If they are busy (which I'm sure they are), then they need to let their customers know ahead of time and not keep up the "It shipped Wed", or "It'll ship tomorrow" crap. Obviously it is happening to a lot of people because I keep seeing the same complaints on here. It's always customers being lied to about ship dates. No one ever complains about the actual products, it just how the sale is handled AFTER they take your money.

Well supposedly got my order worked out with Izzy. I'm supposed to have my shocks Wednesday. I'm definetely not holding my breath. I hate to stop doing business with them cause they have great prices,but customer service is poor. He said he was working on that. We shall see.

Ill be canceling my order this week if I dont get my a-arms by friday. Its getting a little out of hand. I dont care if there backed up they told me i would get my order in 15 days back in november.They should hold everything off until they get the products to people that have been waiting so damn long. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Well,my shocks showed up today,as promised. Izzy next day aired them at his expense. My new Razr2s showed up today as well. Pretty good morning actually. I just hope Burgard gets their act together.

) It was approx. Noon or so when I told him I`d take the nickel-plated one`s & he packed `em up & shipped `em off that afternoon. I`m down here in Amishland & they still got here in only 2 days, even w/ our horse-drawn UPS buggy

Fuxton.......I have got to give you credit for hanging in there waiting for THAT long to get your A-arms! & I`d be the last person to b!#%h if they let you have those things for absolutely FREE for having to wait that long! Also...mine lined up perfectly in the mounts & the quality looks to be real good. I`ve only ridden it briefly a couple times so far (just running the stock shocks w/ them until I get some Works) & I think they`ll do just fine for me once I get some Works bolted up to them. I hope you both are pleased w/ the arms that you guys got too. Oh yeah.....almost forgot.....mine came w/ die-cut red BURGARD decals

, I just had to stick `em on to the lowers once I got `em all bolted on & wiped off nice & clean. :woo

I obvisously suck :( because I totally missed this thread. Again, I am sorry to hear about everyones delivery issues.
Izzy Burgard is a great guy and tries to please everyone, but the only problem he has is trying to please too many people at once. He needs to learn to tell people that it will be two or even four weeks till they get the products when they call in and say I want them by this weekend. No, instead he trys to squezes them into the schedule and then someone elses order gets pushed back.
He does care about his customers, but he can't answer the phone when he working hard at getting the orders out the door to his customers. His customers are his number one priority that is why when he can't come through on a promise he will typically overnight the product and sometimes even give a discount.
Except for the extreme circumstance, he normally is getting orders out within one month of order and typically within two weeks which is far better than most manufacturers, but everyone just want their stuff yesterday when they order it.
Burgard is making changes to improve upon his delivery times, so I expect the complaints to disappear in the near future. :D
