it is the same way usually when you call my shop.... youll get the machine... just leave a message so we can get abck to you.. there is no need to call a million times... if we dont get the phone... we are not here... or too busy to take call at the moment.
i know for me... since im the only one here.. im in and out all day... back and forth to UPS... and the post office alot...
i know burgard is not a huge company either.... but we all have been so busy lately trying to keep up that its hard to stop for calls too...
leave a message.. we will call you as soon as we can.

Thanks for the Reply Woodwardspecialities.
Burgard phone never stops ringing when I am up there, and if he answered the phone everytime it rang, he would never get anything done. He can't ship orders and produce parts while he is on the phone giving out tracking numbers or answering questions.

Everything has to do with availabilty. If you order special colors or something he doesn't already have in stock, it may take a while to get your order. By asking what you have in stock can really speed up your order delivery. I needed A-arms the other day and asked for custom powdercoated, but he had nickle plated in stock, so I had them in two days. I decided getting them faster was better than waiting for them to be custom made and powdercoated for me.
Izzy Burgard is a great guy, and he even hand delivered a stem this week to the GNCC race for a guys 450R. He even went over to meet some of the EXriders.com members at the group ride. Unfortunately, not everyone has had a great experience with Burgard, but it wasn't from lack of trying.
