i finally put my lt250r together (if u want to see it, look under 800screws on the atvconnection forums) and my burgard swingarm has the cheapest powdercoat under the sun. it litterally was flaking off as i was building it. plus there where runs all over it. what gives. i waited over 2 months for the thing and now this. i never got any stickers for the a-arms or axle neither. my 2 cents.

no, i didn't call burgard about it. i waited so long just for the swingarm, that i figured i would just tolerate it and be happy that i actually recieved the swingarm. i will just have to have it repowdercoated. really, what would he do. say send it back, redo it, and i would have to wait another 2 months.

No you wouldn't have to wait another two months for have it powdercoated. It would take about 2 weeks. It is alot quicker to recoat something than build it again.
I guess you have never purchased PEP shocks yet before because you don't know what waiting is all about.

I have and the wait isn't long at all.....but at least when u wait u get a good product at the end. I waited 5 weeks for my pep shocks on my Z. But when u wait 2 months and get a crappy product at the end..thats crap.

it's chipping everywhere, plus it has runs all over. the differance in the waiting was that, i was told how long it would take when i ordered the stuff. i said take your time, i just needed it before april 1st. it took 2 1/2 weeks on top of that.

dont worry your not the only one that is having trouble with burgards powdercoating. i had my frame done 2 months ago and it looks like a big pile of crap. my oil breather line came lose and some oil ran down the motor and was all gumed up so i decided to spray some crc degreaser on it. i just so happened to look down and see that the degreaser had eatin all of the powdercoat off the frame. you can still see the factory vain underneath. frame looks great now he needs how to learn to prep better :re
