I was wondering what do you guys use for chainguard. the one that i got with my swingarm doesn't even fit!! I've tried to make it work but it doesn't work too good.

also I didn't get a rear chainguard with my swingarm is it normal?

I had to use a dremel on mine to get it to fit. I dont use a rear one, but I think you can use any that would fit a 250R

The Chain guide are produced by Burgard Cycle, but you may have gotten the wrong model guide if you had to dremel it.

No swingarm that I am aware of comes with the rear chain, but the bracket is there for you to add one. I personally like the CR250 chain guide the best.

Hey Zracer,
My Burgard swingarm has only 3 mounts for a skid plate.
I tried my aluminum one I had on my stock swingarm, but it doesn't
fit.I was wondering what skid plate will fit with only 3 mounting points.
Thanks in advance.

i'm not positive with burgard, but with the laeger's swingarms, u have to use a 85-86 lt250r skidplate. it probably is the same with burgards.
