Pretty Sure thats about it. LOL

The motor and what not was all built by my dad. He builds lots of motors for old Chevys and what not so he has a lot of experience. No need to send motor off for Falicon to install. He did his own port work, timed everything, cut parts in the engine block to allow the stroker and showed me how to do a lot of things along the build. I did the whole chassis and color combo over the winter. I'm very happy with the way it turned out and how it runs. I couldn't ask for a better suspension for how I ride. I enjoy every minute of riding this quad. Everything has been polished / painted by myself with a few tips from my dad. I'm pretty impressed with the turnout of what a 15 year old and a 43 year old dad can accomplish. I'de like to thank the people over at www.illinoisatvtrailmasters.com for encouraging me along the build to get it done. Lots of great people over on that sight. z400rules.gif

Thanks for all the comments guys. It's been a long build but is well worth it. Winter of 03 was the motor mods and winter of 04 was all the chassis. This winter we will work on the turbo / intercooler kit and maybe some new plastics. Thanks for all the comments!

lol....turbo and intercooler he says...... Go for it man. That thing is gonna RIP... Even more than it does. You must not ride any woods. If I would polish anything to that extent on mine it would be scratched to heII and back in no time.

Actually I ride the quad in every terrain. I take it out on the MX track, take it through the fields :), rip around in the woods, drag race, etc. I ride it quite often actually. Haven't had to re-build it or anything. Quads ran great so far but I think it's time for boost. Adding a boost gauge along w/a tach once these plastics sell.
