Would my quad run to cool if I put a Pro Design Impeller,Pro Design EZ Drain oil filter cover, and Pro Design Super Cooler with the mods I have in my signature?

to answer your question, nope! your thermostat and temp switch will still regulate your coolant temp. 
Heat robs HP..keep those temps down and the HP up!
