just wanted to poll everybody about which mods hurt there reliability.

Any engine mods, intake mods, etc...
Anything that gives it more power is going to make it more unreliable, not much usually but huge things like big stroker kits will greatly...

Generally if you stay stock bore and at or under 12.5-1 compression you should be fine. Just make sure to perform routine matinence and make sure that your jetting is spot on.

Rstaw said it best....When you choose performance....you choose maintanence. Anything you do to enhance a motors performance, you take away from it's reliability. Now, a BBK and stroker crank obviously will hinder it more than a simple pipe and jetting change, but a pipe and jetting change will reduce it's reliability a little....very little but will reduce it.
