I have my z400 torn down to the frame and im looking at getting the gusset kit and powder coat for the frame and sub frame. What costs am i looking at to get this done and also where is your business located?

Its $350 for the Frame Job which includes the sandblasting of your frame, checking it over for cracks, welding in the gusset kit and then powdercoating it the color of your choice.

You also buy the kit you need which is $75.

I live in St. John's Newfoundland and would like guesset for my 2004 dvx 400. Can you guys get it ot me? and how fast?

I dont know how fast is fast for you but i ordered mine last friday....and it still isnt here. i had a welder all ready to weld it and now he went back to salt lake 300 miles or so away. kinda sucks but oh well

Im using my kfx 400 as my senior project and I was just wondering how much of the frame you actually gusset and powdercoat. I was also wonder if you could powdercoat any other parts (like nerfs and grab bars) if I sent them along and if so how much extra would it cost? We gusset and powdercoat the entire frame. As for the kit its actually 13 pieces and covers all the weak points as well as points that commonly bend in wrecks.

We can powdercoat anything that you want to send in with your frame. PM or call us w/ a parts list for prices.
