I have a grizzly gotta say I love it =-). But I've heard great things about the King as well. I don't think you can go wrong with it.

I have a 05 king , I love it!!! but of course I had to buy stuff for it once I got cause it is a addiction, but in stock form it is a great quad, I followed up on all the reviews , also the good and bads,,, One of things that I addressed was better tires, the stock ones stink! also there have been alot of reports of the air filter sealing problem, so I got a k&n and put that in, Also there is some bumpsteer on this model, I have learned to deal with it ,but there are a couple of companies that sell stabilizers for it. ,,,,,, The motor has lots of power and speed in stock form it will do 69-73 mph that is fast for a big utility,,,I have had no problems with mine so far! The only utility that is in it's class that I have rode with that has been faster and with slight more power is the brute force 750,, vtwin.....
I have done some mods so far, Itp wheels with 26in mudlites, k&n air filter, dobeck performance box, exhaust tip mod, 1.5 in moose lift, shock covers, suzuki black bumpers, winch, suzuki skids , also had to get a plow :-)
The next thing on the list is a clutch kit and a VDI computer,,,,and possibly a steering stabilizer and that it!!!! yeah right
I have rode with a couple grizzleys, and I think the king is a hair faster and more powerful, but very close!
So I highly recommend the king,, but just like all models they need a couple
inprovements.
