I finally did the big bore after getting all the other mods done first. It made a heck of a big difference in power. I was able to go from 12-44 gearing to 13-42, that's 4 mph difference in 2nd gear at 8250 rpm! I might try the 40 tooth but I will need to cut my chain. Right now it still launches with ease in 2nd gear out of the tree holes. 190 jet looks a little lean so I need to get a 195 to try the next time out. We had great weather at horse falls over thanksgiving. 28 in the morning and 54 in the afternoon, nothing but blue sky. My son and nephew paddled up there drz400 for the trip and had a great time jumping.

Man I wanted to get over there that weekend. Glad you like the BB kit. I was running a 190 mj in the 450r carb with the needle on 2nd groove. Took it to KrazE deal in North bend and ended up with a 200.
