Hello

If anybody could help me it would be greatly appreciated , i need to know how to install the power valve in the jug of my 1990 lt250r. pictures would be nice if possible

he buddy ive done a few, you cant really explain how to do it, if you dont have a manual go to www.bikebandit.com and look at the diagrams, they show how it goes together, and should give you a good idea.

It's been a LONG time since I've done it. If I remember correctly it has to spring back to the open positiona n the lever pulls it down to close..just going throught he steps in my head. I believe you remove the rod from the one side and remove the cover from the other and it shoud just come right out. You should run an oil that is developed for the powervalve. I believe Amsoil Intercerptor is one of the better brands for the power valve.
