Has any one modified the springs in the cyntrifical clutch? I know that on the LT80's, the clutch springs and weights could be tweaked too allow for basically a higher "stall" speed. Does the same basic principle apply to the LTZ250?

yep...anything with a cent clutch can be modded with springs, or changing the weight of the flyouts.
