Does any of the diehard Suzuki guys know of any crossover parts for any of the LT series bikes?
For example LT250 swing arm on an LT80 or maybe the A-arms?
Carb?

And also if I were to do away with the oil injection setup, How would I go about that?

for the oil injection you just unhook it and mix the gas..mght have to mess with jetting..

There are block off kits available. You really should take the gear out of the trans that drives the oil system. You have to block off the line running to the carb and of course dont forget to mix the oil after that.

Ok now does anyone here have the mixture formula?
50/1 or 35/1?

50:1 and 35:1 are kind of uncommon mixture ratios - you'd be better mixing up 40:1 or 32:1. 32:1 will be more oil, and safer initially, until you determine the demands of the motor build.

Up until the late '80s, Honda recommended mixture ratio was 20:1... eek.gif

Cool - if you feel safe with that advice, run it.

The mixture will depend on the oil you use. Better quality oils can be mixed thinner, cheaper oils will need to be a closer ratio. Call this guy and tell him what you have going on. Tell him Matt gave you his number. He will talk to you for hours on the phone if you need it. Super guy and a super builder.
