So its rewired using the diagram help I recieved from "McCnO5". Simple just attaching the correct color wire to it's counter part.
But no start.
I have gotten it to turn over by unplugging the relay, and jumping off the power wire, with the starter wire.
Should this bypass all switches? Won't start but turns over.

That means your relay is fried. Bypassing all switches would be a bad idea...
K I discovered that my battery is no good either.
Replacing both.
Then we'll see where things go.

Take your old relay with you, go to Autozone. Advance auto didnt carry it when I went looking. Tell the people there you want a generic fog light relay. They sell one with 4 pins, it looks exactly like your starter relay and works perfectly.
