I went this past Saturday and rode the complete trail system, it was muddy but I was able to get into 4th gear alot and stay in control. To navigate the section that goes across the road you will need 20's on the back if it is muddy since some of the ruts are deep on that section and off camber. The soil appeared to be a sand/red clay mix. I enjoyed the place and will be going back sometime in the future but not after a rain storm. Has anyone road there in dry conditions and if so how was it? If you like riding fast in the mud I would recommend this place after a good rain storm.
