I was cleaning out the garage and came across some material that a guy that I was building a house for gave me a few years back. He was using it in his cralw space vents. It is stainless....maybe 12 gauge with holes in it.
Cut a piece to fit behind my bumper and painted it with a color that almost matches the frame color and put it in. I think I'm gonna pull it out and paint it black to match my a-arms.
What do you think?

I think it looks better with the mud screen, how did you attach it? I would make it nice and shiny if ya can icon_cool.gif

looks awesome, cant tell what colour it is.

It's attached with some self-tappers painted to match with a squirt of silicone in the hole so they don't work loose. It actually looks OK with the screws in it. I thought about JB welding it on there or letting a buddy tack weld it but I needed some instant gratification so I screwed it.
The color is real close to the blue on the '05 plastics.
