Removing Black blobThe orange/white and solid orange wire are the tricky part. There are two orange/white wires, so the best thing to to is get everything else wired up, strip all the orange and orange/white wires and try one orange/whit and orange combo at a time until it starts. Thats what I did.
I don't know if all three can be wired together or not, didn't try it.

thank you for the help it should just have both high and low beams turn on at same time with the key

ya, no it wont cause a short, thats what i have done and many of others, read in the black blob thread he did it on his LTR too, when your turn your key to your lights on it just has both on at same time, saves you wiring up a switch for high/low beams, and finding where to locate switch, much easier believe me i did this both ways and am much happier with them wired together. There are 3 wires for lights, high low, and i think ground? idk you just wire all three together and you are good togo

I run the pro armor, and i have no problems, a lotta people say it is the wrong one to use because it can fry the CDI box because you hook it to the coil instead of the on/of wires. If you dont pull it then you should be fine, if you do have to then that may happen, i have pulled mine to be sure that it works and my CDI is fine, i do know that it does void the warrenty on the dyna techs though, i dunno if it is normally open or normally closed you want, hopefully some one else can pitch in...

Ok thx for that info. I hate the low beams because they only aim at the groun soimma re-wire mine so he lows are aiming down and highs forward all at the same time.
Thx again pal.

you should be able to just pull the kill switch if you want. it just opens the connection, cant see why not?
