I got a filter cover for there esr intake. and they charged me 13.00 to ship something 3.4 OZS so here is my rant

I cant belive that esr charges 14.00 to ship a outerware for there filter. if thats the case they must charge 100.00 to ship there system. they may make a good product. but will never buy anything from them again. it would have been cheaper to buy the whole kit and sell the extra parts. they mark it at 1 pound and its not even close its 3.4 ozs.
could have sent by mail for 1.34. they are the biggest scammers I know of.
I just talked to them and ask about shipping and the guy said thet he didnt have time to talk to a customer that only spent 17.00 on a cover. he said if I had a brain I would have bought more. I said Oh now Im stupid. I will be sure to write that on the boards. bad customer service. he told me that all the guys on the bords already know Im stupid. his reasoning was they only ship ups. and they wount wast there time to take 1 17.00 filter to the post office. I said. oh you dont get mail delivery and the buissness. ya but we only ship ups. well to save money for the customer you wount just mail it. not our problem. so I am going to go to all the web sites that I know of and bashing there customer service. Im so PI$$ED. just becouse I only bought 17.00 worth of product Im not worth the time!!!

sorry for the rant but that is just unbelivable that in these times that thay wount try to find the cheapest shipping to help all of us out. but they dont care. unless you are spending lots of money.

thats some b/s, but they dont care about your money, they just want to sell some parts, its a $5 min. charge to get something shipped out ups, then they probably jacked it up to make some money off of you by shipping it, it probably only cost them a few $$ and made a few extra since they didnt make much off the part. i work at a parts dept. i know how shipping of parts goes, the person that works at our shop and does the shipping & recieving, always adds $2-$10 extra on the shipping price to make up for loss money on parts, which is wrong but, he wont stop till he gets caught.. the way you can tell how much it really cost, take the box you got it in to ups and see how much it would be to send it back! that will tell you right there how much it really is.

its not really the money its the costomer service. when a guy calls me stupid and hangs up on ya its a wounder how they got a good rep.

yeah thats true, guess people dont really talk enough to let others know about there experiences, i know i bought a water temp gauge from them but got the online. but the money for them parts is still awful.

well most companies have a standard flatrate shipping out to the customer. no matter how much it weighs and where its going to its still that much.

thats how advantage cycle works but he is good and i can ask him to ship usps for me

they say the only use ups. and ups has a 1 pound min. so even though it only weighed 3.3 OZS they marked it a pound. and charged me 14.00. I went on ups and used there site to show the price for shipping a 1 pound box from there address to my address and it was 8.34. and you know that with having a big buisness and ship alot they give you a discount. so they probly paid 6.00 to ship it. but its not the money I needed the cover and couldnt find one to fit from anywhere else so I just got it. what Im PI$$ED about is the customer service.

Ya, you get the same sort of thing on ebay sometimes. People will sell you stuff cheap but then jack up the shipping price to make a couple of bucks. Raptor 660 petcock $4.99 + $11.99 shipping. Pretty annoying.

I was just asking why they dont use a diffrent carrior for something under a pound. and im not worried about the money. its more about the customer service that is crap.
