Anyone going to be out there March 26th-29th? I will be there a long with my normal group. I will most likely be on a black and green yfz this time being my quad needs rebuilt. Hope to see someone out there.

Yeah, that'd be funny to watch one run on the sand. I've never seen that before lol. I know they go on the water as long as you don't stop... Then you need some scuba gear lol.

At the last minute we decide to go to the Kermit Sand Dunes in TX. It was a blast. Tons of dunes.

How are those compared to Waynoka? Where in TX are they?

I would like to know as well. I thought most of it was privately owned now. We have a friend in our riding group who parents live 30 minutes from there. We have been kinda sceptical to go.

Kermit, TX that is all I know....I just rode in the truck there and didn't drive. Sorry for lack of information





Umm.....okay( I know I am going to mess this up a little but it will be correct enough)...... one part is privately owned and you can camp at his place for a cost(we tried to calculate the cost per day but I have to ask one of the other people that went) then after that a part is owned by TX university....then the 3rd part is privately owned again(or something) and that is okay to ride on then the next section the owner doesn't want you to ride on but doesn't have a fence so I don't know is we rode there or not.

That is kind of all the repsonses I have always seen. I guess you just have to go there and hope not to get shot right?

This is EXACTLY why I am super leary about going there. You can check out the West Texas Duners forum and see instances where a landowner has fired shots before.
