I have a set of web cams adjustable sprockets that i will be able to turn loose in a week or so. I paid $180 for a pair of these. they have never been welded on, instead i cam up with a better method of keeping the gears from spinning. You can see in the pic below the set screw. It acts like a key to keep the gears from turning. To install the same way i have them (i will include a few extra set screws with the gears and let you know what tap you need) you will need a dremel. you'll grind a small groove, and line up the grove on the cam...press the gear on and run the tap in. it may sound hard but its not.
price: $90 shipped in the us

as you can see in the pic there is no wear on these and they are in perfect condition.
