Were about to split the cases on my z400 motor and i was wondering where I could get the tool to remove the rotor or if theres a way to get around buying a tool for it. heres some pics of where were stuck at and the gouged up cylinder.

If you don't want to buy one, your local dealer should be able to pull it for you, for whatever they'd change. Shouldn't be too much.

You can also make you own, and there are several threads on this site what show and describe how to do it.

Better keep an eye on those two pins and springs for your gear position sensor, too. If you lose them, they'll cause problems down the road for you. Take them out now and just bag them up.
