hey guys, i just got a 400 last week and i took it riding over the weekend with my wife riding with me. the suspension bounced us around so bad we're both are sore with back aches. I am used to riding my blaster with an extended swing arm its like a cadilac . what is the best way to adjust the suspension this thing reminds me of my old honda odysee 250 back breaker. thanks

adjust the compression and rebound of the shock, sag if you need it...

what year? if you have the front shocks with rezzies you can adjust the compression and rebound too. the 03's only have a little bit of preload you can change

it's a 03

you should see if you can find some 05 or up shocks. they are better than the 03's
