i bought a used HMF sport series full system a while back and when i got it it wasnt perfect. it had a hole in the back from the caliper hitting it and apparently water was getting in and rusted the core out. i though i was going to get by with it till the end of the summer but i checked it last saturday and half of the core was gone. it had crumbled and blew out the pipe. before i put it on my bike, i patched the hole and repacked it carefully not to mess up the core any more than it was. any way, i packed it up sunday and called HMF monday. i shipped it to them monday and got it back today. they are right here in Ohio so it didnt take long to ship. point of the story. they got it back to me within 5 days and they practically sent me a brand new pipe. new can, new core, and new packing. i only wanted and paid for the core service to have a new core put in. they take care of there customers. i give them 5 stars on service. im a customer for life. i just want to add, i love my system. sounds great and gave me a pretty big power increase. its definitely noticeable.

HMF is my next exhaust. Good to hear that the customer service is excellent. I was a White Brothers die hard but they went under. Vance & Hines took over but only have limited exhaust pipes. None for atvs...

really. i didnt know that. but yeah, being in tha same state helped out on the turn around time. i just couldnt beleive they sent me basically a new muffler. the only thing i got back that i sent them was the inlet and out let ends. they gave me a new can and every thing else. i was bouncing off the walls with excitement. i went out in the garage and put it on 5 mins after i got it out the box.

i was really surprised when i got a new canister when all i paid for was the core. they took care of me. i bought my full system used off ebay for $116. the header is over $200 its self. the core ended up rusting apart on me but it cost me a total of $59 to send it to HMF and back and now i have a practically brand new full system i only paid $175 for. the header was in perfect condition also. i dont think the guy i got it from rode in much mud. i think most of them atleast offer some kind of repair service. i cant say for sure how they all work. ive only dealt with HMF.

I purchased a complete sport series system over 5 years ago for my ride and am still running strong on this very unit with no issues what so ever. Their quality. workmanship, performance and service are outstanding and I to am a customer for life.
