i have an 03 kfx 400 it will not start using the starter i can push it off and as soon as the tires turn it starts as long as its hot it will start using the starter when it cools down its the same its geting fuel u can smell it when u crank it over alot i changed the plug and put and put new gas in it still the same it mhas plenty of compression and runs good when it starts i work offshore so it sits atleast 2 weeks every month when i got it i put a new timing chain and adjusted the valves that was about a year ago

my friends Z did the exact same thing and it was the valves. he adjusted them and it starts better than mine now.
