i know i can help you with and old style exhaust hot cam(no decompresser) and i know i have a intake cam ,its just that i dont know if its an old style or the new. i can find out its just not in the house were i am now.
i all so have a drz400e exhaust cam (marked "B") not adjustable, but if you have a stroker spacer plate its not going to work for you. its the cam i would be using but sa la vie ,i have a stroker plate.

Yea I dont know how fast you need them... but im in the process of changing them out for a more aggressive style... once i get all the info on the cams im looking at ill be able to tell if im going to part them out or not... If I do part them out it will be for 200 USD funds... they are 4 months old with about 10-15 hours on them maybe abit more... so they are still fairly new... ( one was bought from a member barely used (exhaust I think) so it might have a few more hourse then the other but both are under 1 year old if im right (mine being 4months or so old)

im wanting to have it together next week. i found some on ebay but i thought i would try here also. i have a pretty big set of cams now, i think they were around 400 lift, came from 4stroke tech, i think they are stock regrinds.they work great but i want a little more low end, and they are hard on cam chains, i have put 2 in this year (around 30 hrs). ill be selling them when i get hotcams if your interested

i dont have a spacer plate, i use a stroker piston. is the drz cam comparable to the hot cam?and will it work with the intake cam weither its old or new.

i talked to fourstroke tech. he said the problem isnt my cams.he thinks im tighting it wrong with the manual tensior (to much or not enough). he said hotcams would be a big drop in power. he said hes ran them for years and never had a problem.so i guess im going to put them back in it again and change some stuff and hope for the best. thanks for the help guys
