What about a super nice, excellent fab job 4"er?

you will not find a better job done on a stock swinger. the side pieces were cnc milled out of a solid block of 6061t6 aluminum and they match the angle on the side. the inside is welded too except for the top plate. it was cut at an angle to give more surface area for the weld to make it stronger. pictures do no do it justice. it is a top notch job done. lemme know if you are interested in it and i'll figure out what i want for it if you do want it.

I think thats too much. I only need a slight edge. Depends on price I guess.

yea i was really skeptical about 4" when i did it, but i was super surprised that it didnt limit me in anything that i do. it actually helped me go more places when trailriding or mudriding. when goin up a steep ditch i didnt flip over anymore. feels way more stable. i have ridden on a motor x track with it to and i can slide it easier. making a u turn got wider at first, but i grinded down the stops on the stem and fixed that. i think the border line length is 4"....5" i think is too much for an all purpose bike. i think i'd prolly want about $350 for it. i want another 4" but i want a chrome one...thats my only reason i'd sell it. other than that...i love it.

i'm kinda havin second thoughts on it anyway. its gonna cost me a pretty good bit more for a aftermarket swinger..and i'm afraid of having problems with aftermarket stuff. i might just polish mine....if i ever feel up to it...lol

yea that was the whole shabang. new bearings and never installed seals. when i put this aluminum axle in it took different seals, so i have a set of brand new all balls seals and the bearing in there has one ride at the dunes with maybe 2hrs on them. I was gonna even throw in the carbon fiber adjuster plates and the stock plate in case you didnt want the carbon fiber ones. has new all balls bearings and seals in the other end also...wife bought those for christmas last year while i was building the motor. and its an 03. the carrier has also been lightened in non critical areas, detailed and all casting flash, lines, and marks removed. why did i did this? bored i guess and removing casting flaws usually makes things stromger.
