I have intake tat eliminates the air box. Its a really nice piece, just don't know the brand. I bought it for my KFX and never installed it. Would like to get $45 shipped. Price is FIRM!

Is it a real kit or knock off filter?

Its a K&N Style Filter. It never let any dirt past on the quad its off of.

Do you know which carb it fit on? I have an FCR off of a CRF 450R which is configured slightly differently than the FCR off of the TRX 450R. I would need to know.

The 400EX boot fits on the TRX carb but it made the filter stick up too high and pressed it up against the seat with my carb. I would need to be sure that this ESR style dealy wouldn't do the same thing.

Do you know if you can attach any filter that also fits on the Pro Flo kit flange? What is the diameter of the tube?

thats a velocity intake.. its the same as mine.. and mine fits on my fcr w no issue.

Is your FCR off of a TRX or a CRF? The intake manifolds on those two are not located in the same place when it is installed on the Z. I think it sits higher and over to the left more on the CRF version, which I have. That's why I cant use the 400ex boot either. It's a real PITA!

Forgot to ask...did you notice a whole lotta difference between the Velocity and the stock boot? Do you need the Venom RAT Stack for it to work right? I heard it makes a difference because the tube doesn't really venturi at the end by the carb intake...
