This maybe a dumb question but i just recently put a raptor petcock on my 03 kfx400 and im only getting fuel on the reserve postion and not the on. the lines are on right and i plugged the vacuum line. i thought the raptor petcock would allow fuel to run without the motor running? thanks

You got enough fuel in the gas tank?

is it a new petcock or used? i would hope you would be smart enough to try checking your gas level first. thats really the only thing unless its a used petcock and is bad.

mine is doing the same thing. it would barely barely flow any fuel in the on position. but in reserve it would flow fine. i have just kept mine in the reserve position and ran it. might take it apart later but its too cold right now

make sure the vent is not clogged on the gas cap. or remove cap and recheck just my 2cs

yeah i did. its definitely the petcock. i can tap on it and fuel will barely flow but not enough to ride. the FCR will suck the fuel line dry. I bought this petcock new and i always turn it to the off position when im not using it. but like i said it flows fine on reserve but not on "on". no biggie i will buy a new one sometime but im not worried about it right now. i will just ride on reserve
