Ok so I ordered the pull choke (one without needle) for my '03 Z , got it installed ... works fine - zero problems.

What I am wondering, after reading a few different threads I see that some prefer to use the one with the needle.

What is the difference between the 2 and will not having the needle cause an issue in the long run ?

Thanx

i dont think they even make a pull choke with the needle. the needle is just a guide for the cable so it doesnt get bunched up

I found the one with a needle and one without the needle on Jets R Us ... i got the one without the needle in now and it works just fine.

So the needle keeps the cable from bunching up ?
